The Metropolitan Council and City of Saint Paul’s Housing and Redevelopment Authority have issued a Request for Proposals for a 1.66-acre site at the METRO Green Line light rail’s Central Station in downtown Saint Paul. The vision for the development is a high-density, mixed-use development that takes advantage of the unique property and its proximity to transit.
